It was bittersweet leaving
Grand Teton. It was our last national
park of the trip, and we now had less than a week remaining before we needed to
part ways and get back to our regular-people lives. After Sturgis, Lynzee needed to fly back to
Reno to get ready for her last semester in her MBA program, and I needed to
dash to Nashville to get ready for my first semester as a graduate
student.
We exited Grand Teton from the
north, riding into Yellowstone one last time.
Although it was a travel day, we also made it a national park day, stopping
often to take in the beauty offered by Wyoming’s northwestern corner. We rode towards South Dakota, stopping often in
Wyoming to admire one of the most beautiful states on the trip.

| We rode back into Yellowstone with a group of Harley riders |

| And stopped at the first waterfall we spotted in Yellowstone. |

| The gap after the Buffalo Bill Dam near Cody. |
 |
| I couldn't even get the whole dam in the frame. |
 |
| We crossed back over to Montana to see the Devil's Canyon. |
 |
| Taking a break. At this point in the trip, it feels weird to be off the motorcycle. |
